About this dashboard
This is a side project by Eric Buhler. The about page has the longer version of why it exists and how it's built. The short version: the data is all from public agencies, the recommendations are written in conditional voice on purpose, and nothing on this site is professional advice. Treat it as a sketchbook.
RAG bands as exception flags
Each tile has green, amber, and red bands defined in
config/indicators.yaml.
Green is routine, amber is worth a second look, red is unusual relative to the indicator's own history.
The bands flag exceptions. They do not prescribe action.
